Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a paid engagement and does not involve any automatic charge. As a result, no refund applies at the inquiry stage.

Project and service payments

Refund terms for strategy, implementation, consulting, advertising, CRM, or related services are governed by the written service agreement, proposal, invoice terms, or contract that applies to the specific client engagement.

Because service work often involves reserved time, planning, research, execution, and third-party costs, refunds are not automatically available unless they are specifically stated in writing.

Non-refundable items

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed work, delivered strategy, consultation time, setup work, third-party media spend, software charges, and pass-through vendor costs are generally non-refundable.

Refund review requests

If you believe a refund review is warranted, use the website contact form and include the engagement details, invoice reference, payment date, and the reason for the request. Any review will be handled against the governing written agreement.
