This page explains what information may be collected when you use the GeniusLab website.
Information collected
When you submit the contact form, we may collect the information you enter: name, business, phone number, email, need, acquisition budget and message.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your enquiry, contact you, qualify your need and organise commercial follow-up in our internal tools or CRM.
Third-party tools
The site may use measurement tools, including Google tag, and a CRM to manage enquiries received through the form.
Conversations with Gina, our AI assistant
Gina is an AI, not a human team member. With your consent at the start of the conversation, OpenAI processes messages about your project to prepare Gina’s replies. Contact details collected separately are masked in messages sent to the model; please still avoid putting personal or sensitive information in free-text replies.
The conversation is stored temporarily, encrypted, in Supabase session storage. It expires 30 minutes after opening and then becomes inaccessible to Gina; expired records are deleted by a scheduled task every minute. Any backups follow the provider’s retention rules. You may request deletion of the active session through “Clear conversation”. As soon as you provide your name and phone number, a contact and enquiry are created in Kommo so GeniusLab can follow up. Once Gina has enough information about your business and needs, an AI-generated summary is automatically added as a note to that enquiry and updated if you provide more detail. No further confirmation is requested. Clearing the chat session does not delete an enquiry already stored in the CRM: contact us to exercise your rights.
These providers may process data outside Morocco. Do not send secrets or confidential documents. Gina’s replies and summaries may contain errors and are not a quote or a commitment about prices, timelines or results.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as needed to process the enquiry and handle commercial follow-up, unless you request deletion.

You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to contact@geniuslab.agency.
Security
GeniusLab takes reasonable measures to protect information sent through the site.
